SoCal Rentals ("we", "us") is an RV rental business based in Huntington Beach, California. You can reach us at 800-539-3004. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you create an account, request a booking, chat with support, leave a message, or contact us by phone or text, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and current residential address.
• Identification — photos of the front and back of your driver's license, which must be valid and unexpired.
• Booking details — rental dates, delivery address or campground, selected add-ons, number of pets, your signed rental agreement, and any notes you provide.
• Account details — your login email and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us through the website, by email, by phone, or by text.

We use this information to respond to your inquiries, provide quotes, confirm and manage your rental, arrange delivery and pick-up, process payment, provide customer support, and meet our legal and safety obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties, partners, or joint ventures for their own use. We only use trusted service providers (such as our website hosting and account login providers) as needed to run this website and manage bookings, and they may only use your information to provide those services to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You consent to receive informational text message responses in relation to your initial communication. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text SMS at any time by replying STOP or by sending an email to info@socalrentalsnow.com. Reply HELP for Support.

All sales are final. Because a reservation blocks those dates from all other customers, once your booking is paid and confirmed there are no refunds for any reason, including cancellations, early returns, weather, or changes of plans. If you violate the rental agreement, we may terminate it at any time without refund.

Every booking requires you to read and sign our rental agreement before paying. In summary:

• You authorize us to charge the full quoted amount at checkout.
• Your card is saved on file and may be charged for any damage that occurs during your rental or is found upon return.
• We are not responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage during your rental or trip.
• The rental includes no insurance — any damage or incident during your trip must be paid out of pocket by you.
• You must complete a pre-trip inspection, with any existing damage documented in writing and agreed by both you and us before departure.
• You must provide a valid, unexpired driver's license (front and back), email, phone number, and current address.

Your account and booking data are stored securely and are only accessible to you and to SoCal Rentals staff who need it to serve you. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

You can view your bookings from your My bookings page. Unpaid booking requests can be cancelled there; paid and confirmed bookings are final (see Refunds and cancellations above). We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it took effect.
